Terrible company to work with! They say you can cancel if you are not satisfied when you sign up, but that is not true. They will continuously charge you no matter what even after you have requested to remove your payment info. They do not "remind" you about the marketing materials you are sending out and I have had an issue with my marketing materials every single time. I am so over this company and it is not right that they continue to decieve others out of money. I have requested so many times to change the dates of my mailings and charges and they do not care.

I have been using Reminder Media for a while now and I really love what they offer. They help with my website postings and have a great magazine as well as digital marketing. Even though I thought that the deadline for revisions had passed, Alex went above and beyond to assist me in updating our company logo on the front page of my magazine. She got graphics involved immediately and continued to work on my behalf until an excellent cover was achieved. She even upgraded my account so that I can make future changes on my own.
